Return & Refund


Returning of malfunctioning bikes within 14 days of receipt.  Mukkpet offer FREE return and exchange for malfunctioning bikes within 14 days of receipt.

Returning of New and Unused bikes within 14 days of receipt. Mukkpet allow you to return any ebikes in condition* within 14 days of receipt for a full refund with no restocking fee and less shipping cost. Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their ebikes. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return that we DO NOT accept:

  1. Return of used bikeswith no quality problem.
  2. Return of accessories and replacement parts.
  3. Return outside 14-days window.
  4. Return without proof of purchase through official channels.
  5. Return with any damage is caused by human.
  6. If non-returnable items are returned without authorization from our customer service team, they will be returned to the customer immediately and the customer will be notified. Restocking fees may apply to unauthorized returns.

*Condition of Returning bikes without quality problem

     1. The mileage on the screen of the ebike must be less than 10 miles, there should be no wear, dirt, scratches, fragrance, or any other signs of use.
     2. All items received by the customer must be included in the original packaging and in the same condition because they were sent by Mukkpet.
     3. Before a return is sent, the customer must have written approval of said return from Mukkpet. If a customer sends a return without the written consent of Mukkpet, a refund will not be issued and the customer will have to pay for shipping to get the item returned, or sacrifice the item.

     Returning Cost

    The shipping cost of returning service will be borne by customers if the ebike has no quality problem.

    1. $180 will be charged as the delivery fees and Mukkpet will provide shipping labels.
    2. Ships the ebike back to Mukkpet's warehouse on your own.

    Note that: We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are attempting to return.


    Return Process:


    *Mukkpet is not responsible for the shipping cost of the package returned by the customers themselves.



    Refunds will be made after the Ebike is received and inspected.

    If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a reasonable number of days.

    If you haven’t received a refund after 2 days of approval, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company / bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.     Exchange(Only for Non-quality Products)

    This term is only for the unworn, unopened package, unused, and the ebike must have less than ten (10) miles on the screen / We only replace items if they are severely defective or extremely damaged.
